DONATION REQUEST

  Bostone Pizza cares! We are committed to supporting causes that contribute to the well-being of our community and environment. Any charitable donation request must be submitted in writing and should be planned at least 6 weeks prior to the event. In order for us to consider your request we require the following information:
  1. Name of organization or group
  2. Provide a 501c tax Identification number
  3. Product /the amount of monetary donation requested
  4. Contact information: name, address, phone number, email & affiliation
  5. Name of the event & date
  6. Amount of people involved in the project & projected amount of attendees (if applicable)
  7. Information of scheduled media participation
  8. Organization website
  9. Opportunity for text links, logos or banners (if applicable)
